Returns & Exchanges

At ALKIM Studio LLC (“ALKIM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we’re committed to making your

shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. Please review the information below to better

understand our policies on returns and exchanges.

 

We want you to love your purchase from ALKIM! If something isn’t quite right, we’re

happy to help you with a return or exchange as long as the item meets our return

conditions.

 

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges for items that are:

In original, unworn, and unwashed condition;

With all original tags attached;

With hygiene stickers intact (if applicable); and

Not marked as Final Sale.

Items that are worn (including but not limited to deodorant marks, makeup, perfume scent,

pet hair, or stains), washed, damaged, missing tags, or outside the return window do not

qualify and will not be processed. We reserve the right to adjust or deny returns if items

are deemed not to be received in new condition.

 

Return & Exchange Timeframes

Returns or Exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of delivery. Returns or Exchanges

initiated outside the return window will not be processed or refunded. Exchanges are

limited to size changes only. To change colors or styles, please return the original and place

a new order within the return window. We are not responsible for the storage, return, or

retrieval of items sent to us outside of these guidelines.

 

Return & Exchange Options

You have three options when initiating a return or exchange:

1. Exchange for a different size is free of charge. Your exchange item will ship once

your original return is received and processed. Exchanges are limited to size

changes only.

2. Returning for store credit is also free. You’ll receive a digital gift card for the full

purchase amount once the return is processed.

3. Returning for a refund to your original payment method is subject to a $5.00

restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund total.

Return shipping is free only if the item is defective. Otherwise, customers are responsible

for return shipping.

 

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at hello@alkimstudio.com with:

Your full name.

Order number

Reason for return or exchange

2. We’ll reply with return instructions.

3. Package your items carefully in the original clear polybag if available to help ensure

the product’s life and quality while in transit.

4. Drop off the return package at the carrier location.

 

Processing & Refunds

Please allow up to 5 business days after delivery to our facility for your return or exchange

to be processed. You’ll receive an email confirmation once processing is complete. Refunds

will be issued to the original payment method (if selected), minus any applicable fees.

Exchange orders will ship to the original address once your return is processed. If the

requested exchange size is unavailable, we’ll automatically issue a refund instead to the

original payment method.

 

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we ask that you contact us directly at

hello@alkimstudio.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card

provider. We are committed to resolving order concerns quickly and fairly. Please note

that initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with us may

delay the process and affect your eligibility for future purchases. ALKIM reserves the right

to dispute any chargebacks that are inconsistent with our posted return policy or that we

believe are submitted fraudulently or in bad faith.

 

Out-of-Stock Exchange Items

If an item you request in exchange is out of stock, we’ll automatically issue a refund (minus

applicable fees). We currently do not offer exchanges for new styles or colors — please

return the original item and place a new order if needed.

 

Final Sale Items

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

 

Returns Received Outside Policy

Returns received after the 15-day return window or that do not meet the return conditions

will not be processed or refunded. These items cannot be tracked, located, or returned to

you. To avoid issues, please start your return within 15 days and follow all instructions

provided.
