ORDERING

Placing an Order

Once you’ve placed an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please double-check

your shipping address before completing your purchase — we are not responsible for

packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Your payment information is securely processed through Shopify. ALKIM does not store

your credit card details.

Sales Tax

Shipping Information

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Timeline

Orders typically ship within 3 business days. After processing, delivery takes

approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Carrier

We use standard USPS or UPS ground shipping.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery confirmation if your package is lost, stolen, or

damaged in transit for us to review your claim. Email us at hello@alkimstudio.com with

your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate

and, if applicable, help resolve the matter.
